With over three decades of experience in the tech industry, Doug Routledge is a veteran software developer at Bridge Communications, where he specializes in Python, Node.js, C#, and JavaScript. Based out of both Mesa, Arizona, and Fargo, North Dakota, he has built a career centered on solving complex problems through elegant code.
Recently, his professional focus has shifted toward the cutting edge of AI and Machine Learning, leading innovative projects like the development of "Clyde," a bespoke AI assistant, and exploring the vast potential of AI-driven call center optimization.
Outside of the terminal, Doug is a dedicated Christian family man and an enthusiast for modern living and technology. He shares his life, shenanigans and travels with his wife, Julie, and their four children. A true Tesla advocate, he is often found exploring the western United States in his Tesla Cybertruck, documenting road trips that span from the plains of North Dakota to the red rocks of Utah. You can also find him cheering on the Chicago Cubs and working on his golf game.
